    Default rebounding

    Hello,
I am very new here. I have not started any of the plans yet, read one book and still browsing. I have many questions. I am looking at the exercise and are very interested in rebounding and would like to invest in a good rebounder. After some online research and I trying to decide between the rebound air and 2012 Cellerciser. Does anyone have any recommendations or info to share regarding rebounders. I am interested in lymphatic drainage and general fat loss. I have exercised in the past but as of lately am out of shape. Thanks!

I have a rebound air rebounder and LOVE it. It has a soft bounce which is easy on the joints. I use it every day in the morning, even for 5 minutes and it changes my whole day.

thank you everyone for your replies. For some reason after all of my reading and web searches I have a feeling about the cellerciser. I am just trying to come up with the funds now. I am also researching this site for how I want to proceed with the fat flush diet. If I could afford it I would just order the smoothie shakedown for 2-4 weeks and then proceed to phase two of the plan. I have to be honest though, all of the supplements as an ongoing thing are my concern. I don't want to lose weight and then gain back, which has been my usual routine. I want to take the supplements to be and stay successful though. I guess it will be a trial and error thing as far as which supplements my body will need and what I can afford. Maria

Hi Miametta, Dr. ALG recommends, if you can't afford any other supplement to at least do the GLA-90. It opens up the detox pathways as well as activates the addipose tissue (the fat burning tissue).

Thanks I am compiling some other beginning questions for other areas of this forum. I have been trying to read before I go ahead and ask too many questions. Anyway, I am close to ordering some supplies and starting. I don treally have any reservations about trying phase one it is just affording it as an ongoing thing and I want to be successful and try to do it right the first time. I have had so many disasters with other diets (mainly weight watchers) because I do great for about 3 months and then lose all motivation. Thanks, I will keep in touch through this and other areas of the forum.

Things to think about for P1 success: Eat every 2-3 hours; veggies are unlimited- fill that plate;protein is measured after cooking; be sure to take the FSO and GFS as they provide satiety- spread them thoughout the day; the menu is a guideline- as long as you're getting in all the protocol components, you can mix it up however works best for YOU; weigh once per week; drink all your cranwater.

No one does it perfectly and most of us still have stellar success. Jump on in, you'll do fine!

Flax seed oil and ground flax seeds. Oil and fiber are really your friends.
