Question Scale back up, need advice

    Quick backstory....then my question.....

I have been on Weight Watchers since 2005 & lost 60+ pounds when I began the program, maintained it over the years until this year when I fell off track & gained some weight back. That is what brought me to you. I wanted to not only jumpstart myself physically, but mentally as well, AND detox my body in the process! It worked! I did the smoothie shakedown & finished this past Sunday ~ 14lbs lost total! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! However, I did not decide to go into Phase One of your program, but instead thought I could jump right back into Weight Watchers & continue to lose gradually, being that it has always worked for me in the past. Boy was I wrong! As of this morning, I am up 7lbs on the scale! SEVEN pounds? In FOUR days???? Needless to say I'm very upset this morning. So my question to you is this....weight watchers has always worked for me & I really want to stay on the program but should I have gone into Phase 1, then Phase 2, THEN back into Weight Watchers? I cannot bear the thought, after all the hard work I put into the past 2 weeks, of having to start over because I gain all my weight back!

Please don't be discouraged. Probably some of the weight gain is water weight if you have eaten foods off the FF plan. FF really has you eat foods for detox so you do get healthier and increases your metabolism so you keep it off. My suggestion is to go on to phase 1 and it will come off again. You could then go on to phase 2 until you reach your goal. When you do you, then go to phase 3 to keep it off. If you would like the accountability of Weight Watchers, you could still go to meetings but eat the Fat Flush plan way.
