Four full days at the fair, and I'm wiped out. Fell off the cran/flax process and am feeling it all over - hot flashes, swelling, leg cramps.
Amazing how the lack of good food whacks my system and I feel so lousy.

Had a hot flash last night (a rare thing if I'm taking all the flax).

Happy to be home and getting my LLC and lemon water and cran water today. Relief to be back in the zone.

Checking in later with updates on everything else.

Aloha Wendy. Am back from camping. New stove came today. It is a glass top. I am so nervous to cook on it. Now I found out that my Revere cooking pots are somewhat warped. You tell by putting a ruler across the bottom of the pan. It is not recommended to use warped pans on it. My Presto stainless steel pressure cooker is warped too. It is such a heavy pan, I am surprised that it could warp. Does anyone have experience with pans that are about 1/4" warped? Will they damage the stove?

Now for my important "Talk Story".

Now back to the FF subjects. I have been procrastinating. I did horrible camping. I had my coffee, a lot of it, with the dreaded sugar and milk, again, a lot of that yucky stuff too. I had chocolate bars and peanuts. I cannot believe that I did that after being so strong for so long. I gained back 4 pounds. Here is what I want to share with everyone........It isn't even about the 4 pounds I gained back (over the past 2 weeks, with company and then camping).......the bad thing is that I probably would have lost another 4 pounds if I had been good during that time. So, with the 4 I gained back and the 4 I would have lost, that is an 8 pounds difference in what I weight today. It is so much worse than just saying that I gained 4 pounds. I never really looked at it that way. That you have to add together the pounds I gained back and the pounds I would have lost.......double trouble!!!

There I confessed. Company is always bad news for me and I know it but still do poorly. Will I ever learn? Thought I would do better camping but because of the poor eating with the company, it just carried on for another week. I have more company coming Monday for a week. I am going to make you all a promise. I promise to be 100% compliant!!! I PROMISE!! Now, after being that sure that I can do it, I will have to, or else I won't dare show my face on here again. I don't want to give up on all my friends on this challenge, so I don't dare mess up. Blah, Blah, Blah....enough of that!!

Wendy, glad you survived. Hope you are soon feeling better than ever. Are you now done with the fair or is that something that goes on year round? I know what you mean about how lack of good food whacks your system and makes you feel lousy. When I eat badly, my joints swell and I feel stiff and achy. My hands get swollen between the knuckles. You would think that would make me stop doing it. Eureka!!!!.....I must remind myself of how I will feel going off the plan before I go off it. When I am on plan, I feel very, very good. FF eating is really amazing for the body!!!! You forget how good your body is doing until you go off from the FF plan. You get that rude awakening again when you do.

I also have hunters coming. I will be cooking just one meal for them....but an elaborate one. Then comes Thanksgiving for my entire family. I should just tape my mouth shut.......but, then I couldn't talk and I like talking even more than I like eating, especially when my whole family is here.

OK, I want to here good reports from everyone. That kind of good news is what I need to hear right now.

    Tap-Tap to us all!!

    Hugs Kathryn!

Now, you've confessed...quite shoulding and coulding on yourself. Whatever we do, it's part of our journey. It just is. You are not bad or a failure. We're are just human and it's all ok. The important thing is the commitment to continue Fat Flushing. This isn't something we do just perfect or fail. This is something we do for life - and will always do for life.

I spent the week at the fair working in a food booth. We were serving Manapuas - steamed bun stuffed with pork or curry chicken. We also had dim sum - pork hash and shrimp potstickers. Oh my. I'm totally hooked on the pork hash dumplings. Mostly because I made a wonderful shoyu (soy) sauce mix with garlic, sesame oil and brown sugar that goes on it. Addicting!

The good news is I came home up only a pound. Not bad for 5 days of not being on plan, drinking cran, etc.,

The better news is one day of cran water and back on track and

    Get ready!

I've got new numbers - AGAIN!

Yes! Hello 252! Can't believe you are here! It's been 3 years since I've seen you. When you run away, it will be the first time I've seen 251 in at least 10 years. Amazing. I'm finding myself wondering again just what the next 20 pounds will look like. Where will it come off? Will it be more stomach, hips and thighs? Maybe arms, calves and knees. Even my neck is down a 1/4". May not seem like much, but it does make a difference.

The best thing about seeing 252 is that it's so darn close to 251...weighing in at 252.2 this am. Amazing. That's 18 pounds in just 11 weeks. Always seems like a little tiny bit - and then such a long time - but when I look back it's a huge loss in not very long. I have now removed 6 3 pound cans of crisco from my body! SIX! OMG! THAT is a lot!

So - water workout today. Massage later. Webinair, cleaning office and two weeks of laundry to catch up on.

Tap Tap ladies! It does work for us and we are Incredibly Shrinking Women!

OMG! Get the band! Break out the Confetti!

Something is going on here! Maybe it's because I forgot my antidepressants this week?

    Either way -

251 - sorry I didn't get to see you. You must be playing with 253.

HELLO 250! I haven't seen you for over a decade! Where you been hiding?!?! So wonderful that you've come out to play again.
You came so fast I didn't even have a chance to get used to 252. Won't complain. Thrilled you are here.

Next will be a huge milestone. Being able to move the 50 weight on the scale at the Dr's office. It will take me a year until I can move it one more time. I can't believe this is happening. 20 pounds off as of today. I've lost 6 pounds in the last 10 days or so. Don't know what's kicked in (especially cuz I had fair food in there), but I'm not complaining. Hoping this keeps up so I can see 249 within a week. Gonna be so amazing to have a new 'decade' of numbers.

In trainings and meetings all day. Will take measurements when I get back. All I know is I'm smaller, knees feeling so much better and boy is my figure starting to look good

Tap Tap ladies! Keep going no matter what the challenges. If we stay the course there is only one result - we win because we are INCREDIBLY SHRINKING WOMEN!
