Def gonna check out the chi machines.

Michele - You are a LOOSER!~ You are a LOOSER! Congrats on such a huge success! I'm sure you'll do fine with your folks here. Just keep visualizing the 3 cans of crisco you've erased from your body and it will be harder to put a bad bit into your mouth.

Long day today. Swap meet again. Did good - packed the water and cran and smoothie. Then a woman walks up to give me a hot buttermilk pancake. Yep. I ate it. Yum. Haven't had anything like that for weeks now. Was entirely satisfying. Was glad there was only one. Not going to beat myself up. Just enjoyed it and now I'm back home - drinking cran and getting ready for my protein and starch.

Can't believe I'm into week 7! Holy Moly! I'm going to break my 'diet' record in a few more weeks. Of course I guess you really can't compare a 'lifestyle record' to a 'diet' record, but either way, it's the longest I've eaten healthy in my entire 52 years. Love it.

    Time for dinner.

    Happy Labor day!

    Aloha Gang!

Wendy - I'm done a solid 12 pounds. Expecting another one to show up any day now. Lost at least 18 inches.
In fact, I know I'm down more inches now - even if they aren't where I'm measuring. For the first time
today I can feel the muscle on the top of my thighs by my groin area. That has had a 'pad' of fat for as
long as I can remember. Just amazes me to feel the changes. They are little and slight, but they are all over.
My collarbone is showing up. My hips are definitely getting new proportions. My waist is coming. When my thighs
totally join the game, it's gonna be a huge happy dance.

Best of all is how much better my knees feel. The 24/7 pain is gone. Still more pain then I'd like to deal with, but
I've reached a point where this is definitely tolerable. And it's only 12 pounds! What's gonna happen when I hit 20 pounds!
Then I imagine 40, 50, 60. If 12 pounds make this much difference, then this journey to wellness is going to be amazing.

Believe it or not, I'm hungry this morning. Usually not hungry after my LLC. Time for lemon water and my smoothie.

Lots of work today and lots of procrastination...have to deal with my 2011 taxes. Ugh!

    Aloha Everyone!

Hope you're all having a marvelous, successful Fat Flushing Day! I'm surprised to see that I feel different if I don't get all my cranwater in and don't have all my food in the right order during the day. You'd think after 7 weeks this would be routine - but NOPE - not for this kid.
So one more day, and one more time doing it the FF Way.

rrk509 - you are on for a challenge of getting taxes prepared this week. Didn't touch them yesterday - played with a graphics program and created a new sales piece. Never done that with this program (I'm a totally point and click newbie), so it was a lot of fun.

Haven't stepped on the scale for a few days (a first for me!!!), but I'm thrilled to report that more inches have slid off. With just 12 pounds off, here's where I'm smaller:
    Bust - 2"
    Chest - 2"
    Waist - 3.5"
    2nd Tummy - 4"
    Hips - 3.75"
    Thighs - 1.5 (x2 = 3.0)
    Knees - 2.25 (x2 = 4.5)
    Calves - 3" (x2=3)
    Ankles - .5 (x2=1)
    Bicep - 1.5 (x2=3)
    Neck - .5

Gotta get the calculator to add up all these delicious numbers! The grand total is: 27.5 inches! Already cleared 70 lbs of clothes from the closets. I get excited when the scale moves, but this is even more exciting. I love being an INCREDIBLY SHRINKING WOMAN!

Have a marvelous, fabulous, successful day. Have a glass of cranwater on me -

Yesterday was just one of those days. Those tortilla chips were staring at me and yes, I put some in my mouth. Not the whole bag, thank heavens, but a few bites. That was enough to whop me with a few pounds of water...ankles swelled up at least 1.5 inches and just general not feel healthy effect. I know better. Lesson learned. Gonna eat my salsa with a spoon forevermore.

Busy day in the yard. Lots of beautiful sunshine and light mist. Love it like this.

    Post more later.

    Have a great day.

Wendy, I haven't written lately but have read everyone's posts. I am still at my son's house....week two. Medical emergency here so I am staying a week longer for now.

Congrats on all the inches lost. Keep on going girl, we are all behind you.

You talked about seeing your collarbone again. I remember that well, also seeing a difference in my shoulders. Slimmer shoulders look nicer. About the waist....that used to be the smallest part of me. Not after 55 years old...things changed....weight shifted....THE NERVE!!!!.

I always thought the lemon and hot water came before the cranwater in the morning on FF. I don't have my book here with me. Check that out and let me know.

I have been on FF for 4 weeks and 4 days. I have not measured myself since day one. I was going to wait a month but since I am away from home and my measurements are at home, I will have to wait. I think I have lost about 14 pounds....but with all the working on my father's house so it could be rented out and with what's going on here now, I am eating less that I should be...and I am not hungry which is so unusual for me. Did SSS for 2 weeks then ate Phase One for a week then SSS for another week and now on Phase One again. I am worried that by losing weight that fast, it won't stay off. Hope it does.

You said that the cranwater was on you. I have a good idea....everyone on this challenge should toast each other periodically. Raise that glass of cranwater up high and tap another person's glass. From now on when we say, "Tap Tap" to another person, we will be toasting them with cranwater. No need to say any other words.....just "Tap Tap", and we will know what they mean.

Have missed our posts to each other....I don't have that much time on the computer.
    Your FFF.....that's Fat Flush Friend.

Tap tap girlfriend - tap tap! I'm toasting your success in staying the plan for for weeks and now 5 days! Whee! Who knew when we started talking that we'd make it this long! I'm thrilled and I'm sure you are too. You are right - LLC and lemon water before breakfast in the am...cran water rest of day.

So good to hear from you Kathryn. Missing our little notes. Know you are busy with family, and hope the medical emergency is one
that will resolve with time and care. Always good to have grandma on hand for those!

Congrats on the 14 pounds! I don't think you have to worry about loosing too fast. We know some of that was water. You've been extremely busy and doing the SSS helps too. Just celebrate what you've accomplished and know that you'll slow down eventually.
I'd love to see 14 pounds - but that still 2 pounds away and probably 2 weeks away. Doesn't matter. Drinking my cran water with my girlfriends makes it all worthwhile.

Still battling the water gain from the chip tasting event. Not only does doing something like that pile on the water, it moves my 'vision' at least 5-7 days farther down the calendar. Won't needs to be a little firmer in my own internal system.

The good news is I'm into a pair of size 22 capris that were absolutely too small last month. They are tight, but they are buttoned and zipped and showing the new curves. My 'muffin mountain' is more of a "muffin hill', well on it's way to being a muffin top - OMG - my muffin hill is smaller than my boobs! That's been forever! Yeah!

So another day. Started off right - time for a smoothie. Then spinach salad with my eggs. Beef, beef or more beef for dinner. Get the cran, water and supplements in and I should be back on track tomorrow. I've given myself two whole months to move to the next set of numbers. It's been 22 years since I've been under 250. I'm actually going to take a picture of 249 when it arrives and send it to my mainland doctors. They'll be so thrilled. I'm gonna be so thrilled!

Todays challenge is baking bread. I make the bread that does get eaten here. I don't eat it. Love the smell of fresh baking bread. I made it through the last batch, I'm sure I'll make it through this batch. Maybe I should tie a string around my puffy ankle to remind me of consequences.

Check in and talk story. It's a rainy day here. Perfect for bread, cranwater and conversation.
