I currently take FFK, Vit D, Ultra H3 (my absolute favorite) and Pregnolone. In addition I try to get in 2 TBSP of ground flax seed, 1 TBSP flax oil and 1 tsp fish oil.
I pretty much follow the P3 life style. I would like to lose 5-10 lbs. Would COQ10 and L-Glutamine be good additions to my supplements?
And yes, I know I could go to back to P1 (That is where I lost my original 7 lbs. several years ago ) but I greatly prefer the P3 lifestyle.
