You Got to Move it July 30- August 5
I think I'm going to keep my days all on this one post to make it easier for me to keep track of my progress. I'm going for 2 yoga days (they can double as cardio) and 120 minutes of cardio total.

Kinda unsure at this point of my schedule as my worldly daughter is FINALLY coming home today! Got her for 3 whole weeks before she's off to college again! But I will MOVE one way or another!

Last week, I rode a total of 50 miles on my new/old road bike! I am absolutely in love, and so proud of myself to be able to do something like that. Making it to the end of the bike trail around the lake with all the Ironmen triathletes is quite an accomplishment for me!!
I've been slacking on yoga since friday- need to step it up in that department! Hoping to swim a couple miles after work tonight!
