Well, nowhere could I find a true nutritional label with full ingredients... which makes me wary. I don't think they are natural flavor extracts, although they may be made with 'natural flavors'.

Natural flavors usually is codeword for a source of MSG. If you are sensitive to MSG, I would avoid these, and I think preferably you could use pure liquid stevia with natural vanilla bean extract instead

I don't want to kibosh it- I just want you to be aware that it may or may not be as pure and natural as they make it sound!

For what it's worth, I am sensitive to MSG and I don't usually have a problem with these – but I don't use them every day, only in the rare occasion when I make herbal ice tea or lemonade. They are from the makers of Stevia Plus, and according to their website they don't add chemicals to their products – they might not give details simply because they don't want to give away the formula.

Michele, maybe skip them for now and stick to the protocol, then perhaps once you are further on you can try to add some in and see how you react. For the time being, I would get Stevia Plus, or even better FloraKey, which also contains probiotics.
