I am a little confused - I purchased the FT Detox Kit thinking it would have all of the supplements I needed for the 11-day program. Now on my Fast day, I read the details fo the Sequel and see that it says I must take HCL beginning on Day 2 - thought the kit would have the supplements I needed and I would just be buying food. Is the HCL required (since I don't have it)?

The HCL+2 can be very helpful for digesting your food thoroughly, though it is not essential to the sequel. If you are someone who has indigestion, bloating after meals, or inadequately digested food, I highly recommend it!
