Sorry B, I actually knew that. I was the one who posted on your fish bone thread about having experienced the whole swallowed fishbone several times. I just meant "cheat" as "off-plan food", planned or unplanned. Ann Louise calls coffee on P1 a "legal cheat", that is something that is technically not on the plan but 1 cup organic coffee is allowed. So it's not as loaded a word as it may sound.

Wasn't trying to lay blame or anything!

The cooking... I understand, and I would love to come and help as I did with my friend, but alas, I live a bit far!
But to be honest, being a little handy in the kitchen is a great skill to have if you want to establish lifelong healthy habits. Maybe you have a friend who can cook with you and groove you in a little? Or perhaps you can find a nutritionist or other health guru in your area who gives cooking lessons?

You can lose weight without being able to cook, but to make sure you keep it off and reap all the benefits of balanced and healthy nutrition, it would be good to try your hand at making a few new dishes.

And for the record, I don't have a waffle iron either I don't make FF waffles, but I do make whey pancakes in a normal nonstick pan. You don't even need a whisk, you can beat the eggs and whey with a fork before you pour them in the pan.

If however cooking is out of the question, chapter 8 of The Fat Flush Plan has a lot of helpful tips. Fat Flush For Life does you one better, by including specific recommendations for convenience food (or "Fat Flush On The Fly") options. Liz also gave you some great pointers!

I hope this helps a little.
