    Default Week 1 Down and...

Lost 9 pounds! Woo hoo! So excited! I have 45 more to go, but this is definately a great start for me

And, I'm not tired all the time or cranky and best of all no cravings!

Couple questions.. If you do happen to eat out during phase 1 (so far so good but I plan on going another 2 weeks), what can I eat? I am terrified at the thought because of what they cook it in and salt, etc. And I can't eat salads plain. I guess I can bring my own dressing, but haven't made any yet. Thoughts?

    Thanks!

Congratulations on your 9 lbs. lost!! Yeah! Good news about your energy and no cravings! Plain grilled protein and steamed veggies. On your salad you can put lemon juice or vinegar. I really like my salads that way.

I thought we could NOT have vinegar in phase 1...? Confused.

Apple cider vinegar is a great addition to your FF foods, so enjoy!

Then if vinegar is allowed we could make salad dressing from flax seed oil and ACC vinegar... why am I not seeing that on any of the recipe lists? Am I looking at Smoothie Shakedown? I don't understand.

Definitely!! I love making salad dressings with ACV, and it's also really good for marinating veggies, and I use it in my lean ground beef or ground turkey for an extra punch of flavor
ACV is friendly for all Fat Flush phases. It's talked about a lot more in the classic Fat Flush Plan book, so some of us Fat Flushers take for granted that it's not talked about more in the Smoothie Shakedown. It's A OK though- so feel free to experiment!
