    Default You Got to Move it! 7/23-7/29

    New week ladies (and any gents that would like to jump in )! If you fell short of your goal last week, take a second to see what happened (or why it didn't happen) and tweak things so you can meet your goal.
    I'm going for 3-4 days of cardio to total at least 120 mins and dang gone it, 2 days of yoga.

    Thanks for getting us going this week Janine!

    I did ok through Thursday...not so good on the weekend!

    My goals this week:

    Tues and Thurs at the gym
    Mon, Wed Fri exercise bike/elliptical and doggie walking

    Gotta sneak in some rebounding too!

    Just the doggie walking yesterday...but today is my normal gym routine!

    BTW...I think some of our team posted yesterdays Move It plans in last week's thread.

    Hey! whoopsy, I'm back on track now

    Yesterday was very low key. I walked about 2 miles, and that was it! But this morning I've already done 5 sun salutations, and I'm hoping to go to my first 'sanctioned' yoga class tonight... I'm usually just in my living room so the gym experience will be totally different!

    Thursday- walked 33 mins
    Friday- 43 mins of cardio yoga

    yesterday I did 2 15 minute yoga sessions, and picked berries for an hour! I needed a rest day, because I just got my racing bike fixed up and I've been riding 15-20 miles every day this week!!

    Oy vey...I have been negligent posting my exercise!

    Thursday: gym workout with my trainer...I was whipped! But mostly because my hands are 90% healed from double carpal tunnel surgery and I'm finally able to really start lifting more than a few pounds! Had quite a lower body workout too!

    Friday...was pretty tired, so just did a walk with hubbie and Muffy!

    Saturday...food shopping marathon for next week's meals...does that count?????? My DD is FINALLY coming home from her summer travels to Israel and D.C. (been away since May 20th!) so Mama will be cooking for sure!

    Time to look back at the week and see how you did compared to your goal.
    I got in 4 hrs in the pool playing with the grand baby on Sunday. That gave me 4 cardios with a yoga rolled in. I'm short a yoga day
    Sis is here for a few days this week, hope that doesn't mess up my exercise routine for the week.
