New week ladies (and any gents that would like to jump in )! If you fell short of your goal last week, take a second to see what happened (or why it didn't happen) and tweak things so you can meet your goal.
I'm going for 3-4 days of cardio to total at least 120 mins and dang gone it, 2 days of yoga.
Yesterday was very low key. I walked about 2 miles, and that was it! But this morning I've already done 5 sun salutations, and I'm hoping to go to my first 'sanctioned' yoga class tonight... I'm usually just in my living room so the gym experience will be totally different!
Oy vey...I have been negligent posting my exercise!
Thursday: gym workout with my trainer...I was whipped! But mostly because my hands are 90% healed from double carpal tunnel surgery and I'm finally able to really start lifting more than a few pounds! Had quite a lower body workout too!
Friday...was pretty tired, so just did a walk with hubbie and Muffy!
Saturday...food shopping marathon for next week's meals...does that count?????? My DD is FINALLY coming home from her summer travels to Israel and D.C. (been away since May 20th!) so Mama will be cooking for sure!

I got in 4 hrs in the pool playing with the grand baby on Sunday. That gave me 4 cardios with a yoga rolled in. I'm short a yoga day
Sis is here for a few days this week, hope that doesn't mess up my exercise routine for the week.
