Hi everyone, i am from the netherlands so my english is not so very well. I red the book Detox Dieet and i want to try it. But i have a smal ( or big) problem. I am diagnosed with cancer, they call it brestcancer in the longs and in some small in the bones, because i had 6 years ago breastcancer, but that was taken out and all was well but for the security the doctor told me to take chemo and radiotion and off course i did so. and Last year in mai i found the tumor back on my head. They took it away and than we found the tumors in the longs. From that moment i began to eat no more meat, sugar use no milk or cheese and drink no alcohol or coffee. i feel well by it but the cancer is not going away so i thougt there must be more and than i found this book Detox Dieet and thought that must be the missing part but than i red that persons with cancer must not do it. Can anybody tell me why i cannot do this dieet? I am halfway this dieet as you can see what i am eating now. Only vegetables, fruit, whole wheat
and lots of water or tea. I am feeling very well i have no pain and i am running 2x a week for 5 kilometers. I only use a medical from the hospital that is called in dutch Letrozol that blocks the estrogen. And ofcourse i take some supplements multi vitamins
folio vitamin D and Calcium magnesium for the bones.
I am really positive because i think that my body can cure myself it only needs some help, and i think that the detox can be the key to it.

    much greetings

Welcome to the Forum. I'm glad you found the Fast Track Detox Diet. It is a healthy way to detox. These foods are healthy to continue eating even after the 11 days. I have not found any references to not being able to do this diet if you have cancer. The caution would be that you need to be strong enough to do a "fast" day. It might cause detoxing too quickly. I would suggest doing the diet without the fast day.

Also be sure to get adequate protein. Protein is needed to activate the liver's detoxifying enzymes.
