    Default fruit

    if i have 4-5 fruits a day, how can that affect my weightloss? i am in phase 1.
    will it slow it down or prevent it completely?
    what is the absolute max you would recommend.
    i am 5'4 and weigh 150 pounds. i want to lose 20 pounds.

    Welcome to the Forum!

    Do you have a copy of The Fat Flush Plan yet? If you do, take some time to read through the section about Phase 1 which specifically talks about the recommended foods and quantities. Fruit in excess of the recommended amount will provide you with too much sugar, even though it's from a healthy natural source.

    Will it effect your weight loss? Probably. While there are no "Fat Flush Police" here to monitor your food choices, to be perfectly honest, the program works best if you follow it as written.
