I’d like to know if there’s a way to best take the supplements from the Fat Flush Kit. Here’s the list of the 3 supplements and how many to take a day with meals (unless directed otherwise by a healthcare person):
Weight Loss Formula: 1 capsule, 3 times daily
Dieters' Multivitamin & Mineral: 1 capsule, 2 times daily
GLA-90: 2 softgel capsules, 2 times daily
I'd like to know how do you like taking your supplements? Of course, the Weight Loss Formula is a no-brainer since you can take 1 each for breakfast, lunch and dinner; but as a newbie, I’m just looking for a friendly consensus on what popular combinations there might be for taking the other supplements during the day.
