    Default Century Training

    Good Morning, I'm on day 9 of SS. I need to know if it ok to add another fruit and protein to my day. I'm training for a century bike ride and I need the fuel. I rode on day 5 and ran out of gas. I brought a cliff bar with me just in case nd it helped me finish the ride but it has all the wrong ingredients. Planning a 4 hour training ride tomorrow. Any suggestions would help.

    Good for you Nancy. A century bike ride is a wonderful goal. Training for it is not something that is good to do on the Smoothie Shakedown. It just isn't enough "fuel". A half hour of mild exercise is what is recommended on this plan. To support yourself while you are training, you could follow phase 3 of the "Fat Flush Plan." You still might want to add another shake on your training days.
