Good Morning, I'm on day 9 of SS. I need to know if it ok to add another fruit and protein to my day. I'm training for a century bike ride and I need the fuel. I rode on day 5 and ran out of gas. I brought a cliff bar with me just in case nd it helped me finish the ride but it has all the wrong ingredients. Planning a 4 hour training ride tomorrow. Any suggestions would help.
