    Hi Kathryn!

I am so happy (and relieved) that you are back with us again! Anyone who posts here can reassure you that are not alone. I don't care if you're brand new to Fat Flush or a seasoned "vet" like me, we have all walked in your shoes.

So if you need a friendly smile, a hug or even a strong dose of what we lovingly refer to on the Forum as a "wet noodling" (so named by her beloved Forum Moderator Emeritus, Charli who still stops by to share her "gems"), someone here will reach out to you with open arms! That's what (in my opinion) sets this Forum apart from any other online support site. WE TRULY CARE!

So, keep posting My Dear...we will be looking for you...PROMISE!

Also wanted to mention that if you are interested in one on one support, feel free to contact me about my personalized consulting services. (see below)

    All the best to you,

Thank you Wendy. Yes routine is good, I agree. I will try the whey powder in coffee for a couple of days just to ween off the coffee. Good to hear that you have been where I currently am. With everyone being so friendly, this may be the encouragement I need. As for today, I did so good. Taking it hour by hour seemed to make it easier. I know it is only one day down but that is a big accomplishment for me, believe it or not. Tomorrow....again....one hour at a time. I will let you know how I did tomorrow night.

    Thanks again,

    Kathryn

Linda your post brought tears to my eyes. I feel like I need the friendly smiles and hugs (and even a strong dose of a wet noodling!!) to get me through. I have always been such a strong person but for some reason I feel weak. I feel like I will never beat this weight problem even though I have beat it with the FF Plan two times before. It wasn't that hard before to loose the weight but it was hard to keep it off. This time it seems impossible to get the weight off. That is scarey.

Thank you Linda for your caring ways....it shows and it helps!!

Awwww Kathryn....you are so sweet to say that!

But ya wanna know a little secret? Everytime you reach out to ask a question or share your challenges, you're likely helping others who are having similar experiences. Some of these people may not post, but believe me when I say, they are learning quite a bit from what you share as well as from the responses that are posted. Others in turn will actually come out of "lurkdom" to ask their own questions to which others with commonalities will respond.

Before you know it, you're helping to not only sustain, but continue to grow our amazing online network of caring committed Fat Flushers. This is the key to what has keep us going since 2004 and hopefully for many years to come!

So stick around my friend as you will be helping yourself as well as many others!

Thank you Wendy for the morning hug and yes I am smiling. One hour at a time is imbedded in my head. It worked yesterday and it WILL work again for me today. What and where is the other thread on this challenge? I want to read about your day.

Linda, I hope that other people do get brave enough to write no matter how terrible their situation is to them. I bit the bullet and did it. I didn't want to but I am so glad that I did. I feel so much better. Like a weight has been lifted off my chest so that I can continue on this journey with the help of others. It took away so much of the guilt I had.

I have been on this forum before but never joined in very much. I certainly did not get the full benefit of the forum because of not joining in totally and expressing my deepest thoughts. Was afraid. Not any more. I feel like I have come out of the closet and I feel free to communicate here. It all happened so quick.

WENDY AND LINDA you have been such lifesavers and have given me such a boost in the right direction. My hat goes off to you girls!!!

Just getting started with my day here...you should be part way through yours.
How have the hours been so far? Any insurmountable challenges yet?

My thread is the Vibrant, Healthy and Strong...a Journey to Wellness one in the Fat Flush Challenge. Kinda a journal, kinda an all around - OMG as I figure out these little pieces of the puzzle. I think I've finally managed to realize that I have to get off the fence and live a healthy lifestyle - forever. No more trying to do both and beating myself up for 'failing' when there really was no way to win.

I'm feeling really good today...can feel the difference in my body physically (there's muscle under all that fat!) and of course emotionally.

Gotta go do my LLC and start this long day of putting things into my mouth - LOL! I eat/drink more times a day on FF then I ever have in my life.

    Hi ladies,

Sorry I haven't checked in for a while. Been battling some health stuff and was off for a while. Actually went down 7 lbs!! Yay me, but the past few days was camping and ate a few hotdogs and chips. So, tomorrow I start back again. Was having a hard time with heartburn for a bit.
I think I am overburdened by toxins because I have felt pretty crappy while on phase 1. Now that I messed up while starting phase two, should I restart phase 1 or continue phase 2?
