ALG has mentioned doubling up on the Weight Loss Formula for 2 weeks to break through a plateau- you could try that! 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals

Make sure you're drinking plenty of cran water, and you might even try adding in a fish oil supp (either oil or softgel).

Are you eliminating regularly? If not, take 400 mg- 1200 mg of magnesium at night before bed, and consider adding the Super GI Cleanse.

Just a thought- have you measured yourself? It's very common for us to continue losing inches even if the scale is not moving.

    Hi Mariana,

I'm so glad you check in with us regularly so we can help!

As much as we want to lose the weight quickly, for many of us (like me!!) it can really take a long time for metabolisms to kick and in get going. Although you doubled the Weight Loss Formula, it hasn't been enough time to fairly determine if it's working for you. Try to be patient...I know it's hard!

Other thoughts...if you suspect you have a hormonal imbalance, you may want to consider looking into Uni Key's testing kit. So many slow losers find they can finally make progress once their hormones are in better control.

Also...do you keep a journal? If not, I really recommend you do. All of my clients that track what they eat daily, their sleep patterns, exercise, liquids, supplements, etc. find they make much better progress. You may actually find the culprit that is hindering your weight loss once you can review everything not just daily, but weekly and monthly as well.

    Just some thoughts!

    Aloha,
I'm no expert, but do you have enough protein in your day? The flax oil is also key for those cravings.
Go crazy on the veggies. A beautiful plate of fresh veggies (not just a salad) fills me up and helps me get through the day. My secret veggie is cabbage. It's got crunch, it goes with everything and we eat some every day.

Also, we need 3500 mg potassium a day. Check what you are eating and see how much more you need.

    Hello Ladies!
    I gain weight again.
My blood test is ok, my thyroid is under control and also the adrenals.
I'm doing exercise and the program and I gain all the weight that I lost.
I'm not sure that I can continue taking the supplements. Is a lot of money and I can afford anymore.
    I'm really frustrated.
    Thanks anyway to everybody...
