    Smile ?????

    One question...do you still have your gallbladder? I was told I should not use the psyllium without the gallbladder and I should substitute the flax seed in it's place. It could be something as small as that....;D

    Hey Marianha, my suggestion would be to pop back to phase 2. Be sure to get in all your water, measure your protein after cooking and fill yourself with the allowable vegetables. You can do this!!

    Hi Mariana,

    Congratulations on being successful while away on your trip!

    I'm with Janine 100%...I would pick up right where you left off with P2. I have a feeling you are craving because you're physically and emotioning "rebelling" against having to be so restrictive with your food again. Detox has it's place for sure...but to put your body back in that mode so soon after completing Phase 1, I think is a mistake. Actually, from what you say you are eating, it sounds more like you're doing the Smoothie Shakedown. Again, a most wonderful program, but not this soon after going through a detox.

    Just my 2 cents!

    If you are craving food, you might want to go on to Phase 2 of the Fat Flush Plan. You will be eating more healthy food. The Smoothie Shakedown with 2 shakes per day is designed to be done for a limited amount of time. Phase 2 is really the weight loss phase of the Fat Flush Plan and you should continue to do well.

    Looks like you are doing good supplements. So glad you added the potassium.

    Thanks everybody for the answers!
    Today I started the phase 2 again. So, I let you know How Im going.
    Sorry, If I made a lot of mistakes in my write, Im learning the english and sometimes is difficult to me. Also, undertsand the book was a challenge!!!!!!!
    Beside the cravings I'm hungry. I want to eat!!!! And this is strange to me because I always aet little quantities and healthy. So, let se what will happen.
    Do you know about the St. Johns Wort? I heard that is really good, but Im not sure in what>

    Just make sure you are drinking all the cranwater and even more water, if you are hungry. You can have more veggies to fill up too.

    St. John's Wort can be helpful for depression.

    Hello,
    Im doing very well right now with the plan. I increase the water during the day and eat more green vegetables when I feel hungry, but I dindt loose any weight. Im in a plateau for more than 3 weeks.
    Any idea?

    Are you taking CLA-1000? That is the bees knees for breaking through plateaus! Also, re-read the protocol for introducing friendly carbs in P2, just to make sure it's not one of those carbs that's stalling your weight loss!

    Hi Marianha!

    Are you still exercising? I went through this thread and my first instinct was that you are not eating enough.

    As Liz said, the Smoothie Shakedown is supposed to be done for a limited amount of time – having a low caloric intake for too long can actually hinder your progress.

    Also, I found that eating a hearty breakfast tends to help me out prevent cravings, on P1 especially. Perhaps consider doing eggs with veggies for breakfast, lean protein with FSO and veggies for lunch and dinner, and a smoothie for the afternoon snack.

    And once you move to P2, consider doing some strength training to accompany your cardio – have you thought about trying workout DVDs? The Firm makes very good workouts for various fitness levels, and the combine strength and cardio. Of course be aware that when you increase lean body mass your weight might not move much, but you will definitely lose inches!
