    Exclamation Just wondering.....

What are the best exercises to do to get maximum weight loss with this diet. My goal is about 80 pounds, and I need to do as much as possible. Does anyone have any specific things they do that have really worked for them?

    Hello there scanrock~

Once I moved into phase 2 of classic Fat Flush, I found the best results with rebounding, walking, and yoga. Eventually (after dropping some weight), I added in some body weight exercises....such as planks, chair assisted pull ups, wall push ups, and knee bends (with my back against the wall).

You have to find what works for you and your situation. If you belong to a gym, you have many resources to pull from. If not, a great place to start is the "Fat Flush Fitness" book. I also found this to be a great asset and addition to my Fat Flush library.

Make sure to keep us posted as to what you find beneficial to you. Wishing you the best.....Happy Flushing!

There's lots of information in your Fat Flush book. You can also search the Forum for specific information you're interested in.
There's a wealth of information and experience here on the Forum. It just takes a little time to search out the answers to your individual questions.

I think something that combines well with the P2 cardio is Pilates and barre exercises, as well as the Tracy Anderson Method. For P1 you are really better off sticking to the exercise recommendations in your Fat Flush book so as not to hinder detox.

Nothing beats water aerobics. You get a workout that challenges every muscle group. If you go to 'work' you will sweat - in the water.
Intense and builds those muscles fast!

There is an AWESOME treadmill work out in FF for LIFE book on page 155 that I have been doing for 2 weeks and I am really seeing results! Aside from that I am doing situps/plank plus push ups...that's it
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
