Thank you all for your answers. I also had a friend that started the HCG when I was asking what I should do and she has gained all of her weight back and is now on her second round of trying the HCG. I have now decided to do the FFP again (I did it years ago) and not sure if that book had since been updated. I had great results but was looking for that silver bullet....thanks again and this is surely the way to go.

Love the stories being shared here!

It's simple - anyone who eats 500-600 calories a day will lose weight until their body goes into starvation mode.
That's with or without the HCG. Can you live like that for the rest of your life? Will you be happy? Will your body
be vibrant, healthy and strong? Nope!

It's about choice and understanding that losing weight can take time. If you want it gone forever - do it the right way.
Feed your body what it needs to do it's job. FF eating is the best plan out there. It's a lifestyle plan, not a short term diet.

Hope you stick around and let us know what you choose and how it's working.

Yes im on day 1 of the FFP and I have an old book, I did it 7 years ago, so I was wondering if there is anything that has substantially changed since then?
