Hi everyone...I have been experiencing some dry flaky skin these days. Mainly on my hands, lips and heels. Normally I would just try to drink more water but I am (and have been) drinking all of my water plus some. My lips seem better today but my heels are a mess....is there something I have left out of my plan?
I do confess to not taking my multivitamin because then I burp up the taste of vitamin all day long. Could that be it?
Any suggestions appreciated. My ff carb is green peas otherwise I have been 100% on plan with the exception of an extra orange once. lol
