Wink Phase 3 for a while now

I have stuck with the my new eating lifestyle. No more white bread, white rice, white anything. I eat Whole grain sprouted bread at times, Fat Flush soup for lunch most of the time, and lot's of salads, with chicken, sometimes lean beef, or steak. I do use a little salt, the Himalayan pink salt, and love Steel Cut oatmeal, very filling and nutritious. I exercise 5 to 6 times a week with Jillian Michaels, and on my mini trampoline. I am working on getting toned up. I do my shakes on the weekdays in the morning, blueberries, strawberries, half whey and half Raw Protein with chia seeds, cran water etc. I take a whole bunch of supplements, and drink lemon water very early in the morning. Once I feel toned enough, I'll start learning how to bake with coconut flour or almond Meal for healthier dessert options. I do enjoy a dark piece of chocolate at times. And use Xylitol mints. One cup of coffee most days, just one with half and half. And I love Avocado, but don't have all the time. Getting fit and toned is a lot of work, I had know idea that white flour and sugar was the culprint to most of the damaging effects to my body and health. My monthly migraines are almost non existent. My headaches are less painful, and I look much more smoother than before. This will be a contintual growth. Fat Flush Rocks!

Today is August 08, 2012, and I have maintained my weight loss. I have lost a total of 21lbs, and kept it off. I eat alot of Fat Flush soup for lunch, and I still do smoothies in the morning, I make it with raw milk, strawberries, whey protein, & flax. I exercise about 5 times a week, and I have stayed away from white flour and sugar. I ate pizza once just a tiny piece, and three days later I was dying with a migraine. I do eat Julians sprout bread, very high in fiber and protein. And I do eat raw cheese from time to time, as well as potatoes, that's my weakness "potatoes!" I also try to drink my lemon water every morning. For the most part I am so happy to have changed my eating habits. I try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible, they do make me sick now. Fat flush has changed my life style, and I am thankful.

That's wonderful! Thank you for inspiring us with your successful FF lifestyle and keeping the 21 pounds off. You may want to go to unikeyhealth.com and post your story on the "It Pays to Lose" link. You can earn $2 for every pound you have lost. That's $2 in UNI KEY store credit. So you could get $42.
