    Today, a few of those lost pounds found me again! About 3.5 of them!
    Well, gotta knuckle down and shake them off!

    My scale ALWAYS does the teeter-totter effect until it settles at a new level. Then it starts all over again.
    UP, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Down, Down, Down, Up Down, Up Down...repeat until goal accomplished.
    I think that's why they don't want us to weigh everyday. Gets discouraging for most. If you know it's a pattern, however, you can just ride the see-saw till you get to the next level and start all over again.

    I know I should not weigh in every morning. And yes, my weight can be like roller coaster ride. As long as there are more "downs" than "ups" - it's cool!
    I will weigh in tomorrow morning because I will be starting the Skakedown. I hope I shake down more pounds this time.

    I want to be able to buy clothes off the rack in the regular part of the store - not the Woman Section!
    I want to be able to order regular sized clothes from places like Coldwater Creek and REI.

    Hi all!
    Just got back from vacation and gearing up to start! Feel so bloated from bad eating and air travel! When I go back to visit family and friends it is just a food fest ! Ugh!
    Hoping to start next week but now can't decide if it will be easier to do the shakedown on the fast tract detox. Got my bf birthday (tommorrow) and bunco group coming to my house (next tuesday so I have to cook dinner). Glad you are feeling better with the throat!

    OMG - one more for the list...

    Want to be able to get into the car when someone parks too close to my door!

    Yesterday I actually have to climb over the hump to get to the drivers seat cuz someone parked too close. Could only open the drivers door 6 inches. Big challenge for someone with knees that don't like to bend. Geez!

    Been AWOL! Actually, been working the past three days. Too tired Mondy nite to post anything. Also, I did get the chance to weigh in an take some measurements. Next will be the photo. Gotta get that baseline thing going. Last night I had a Board Meeting to go to. I am a Board member (secretary) with my codo association. It's nice to make a differance in my community. I take the minutes of the meeting and also write up the quarterly newsletter for the residents. Tonight is church.

    Tomorrow, gotta finish cleaning the kitchen (steam cleaning) and clean out the frig. Or would that be detox the frig? Either way... I guess I could be called a food hoarder. Even tho I may not eat all of it, I just like a full frig. Geez, I gotta break this bad habt. Just buy what I NEED and will EAT!

    Anyway, the shakes are kinda hard for me to stick with. You think that it would be easy after drinking liquids for a few days and soft foods for 10 days. So, Mon, I had 3 shakes and 2 small meals. Tues was about the same. Today is waaay better. Had 3 shakes so far, now... to eat a big lean burger (no bun) with onions and a salad. I did eat some vegges thru the day to help with the "I want to much on something attack". That's where celery and cucumbers come in handy.

    Gotta go fix dinner and then off to church. I'll be home until next Tues, when I go back to work for a few days. I will try to get some painting done. Gotta keep busy and keep my mind off of food!

    Tomorrow, I go to the Dr office for a check up. I want to find out why my weight loss is so pathetically sloooooooow. I want lots of blood work done, thyroid T3 & T4, and hope that I can get a hormone (saliva) panel done too. I'm sure that is probably the biggest hinderace of my slow weight loss syndrome.

    I will get to other posts later!
