Default I want to try Fat Flush again :)

I did the Fat Flush plan several years ago and was amazed at how my skin felt and how much energy I had. I loved the flaxseed oil and cran water but I had some trouble and went away from the forums and the plan.

I started counting calories a couple of years ago and lost about 30 pounds and then had a horribly stressful work situation last year where I dropped another 10 pounds or so very quickly. Since then, I've gained some weight back and I just cannot seem to get "with it" to lose more weight.

I work out and do cardio and now strength training but I am thinking that I need the FF program to get the junk out of my system and to get back on track. I am also vegan now so I have been concerned about how I can be vegan and still do FF.

Anyway, I'm going to give it a whirl and I wanted to know if there are still ongoing member challenges on here for daily/weekly support.

There is so much information here that I am having trouble finding where to begin so I am posting here!

I am actually nervous about being able to get through the restrictive part of the first 2 weeks on the original fat flush but that is the book that I have and that is the program I remember.

Of course, any suggestions are QUITE welcome. I still have a lot of weight to lose and I really want to make some headway before I give up on losing the rest of this weight.

    Thanks for listening!

It is great to have you back Fran, good luck with whichever plan you decide to follow!

Have you checked out the Smoothie Shakedown threads? Being vegan it seems to me the new Body Protien Powder would be right up your alley.

Why don't you go ahead and start a challenge, I am sure you would get some company!

Good luck and keep us posted as to how things are going for you!

Hello Fran - and welcome (back!) to the Forum!

I would encourage you to determine your "vision" --> a crystal-clear definition of what it is, beyond weight loss, that you want to achieve. Doing so will not only establish the purpose for you to get "with it", it will also provide you with a foundation for the drive to STAY "with it"! The resolve that will facilitate your making choices that will move you TOWARD that vision (instead of making choices that move you AWAY from it) is dependant upon a clear and rational definition of what lies beyond your weight-related goal - in other words, do not define your vision (or yourself!) simply by a number on a scale or by a dress size! Your willpower's potency and endurance will be in direct proportion to the clarity of the vision you have for yourself and the life you want to live.

I am actually nervous about being able to get through the restrictive part of the first 2 weeks on the original fat flush but that is the book that I have and that is the program I remember.
IMHO, the "familiarity" that you have with the FF Plan from your past experience and success will be very beneficial to you in making it through P1!

... and I really want to make some headway before I give up on losing the rest of this weight.
Give up? C'mon now - YOU CAN DO THIS!!
    Hang in there!
Please post often to keep us updated on your progress, okay?

Well ladies it is over a year later and I did not get back on the Fat Flush program and life has had its ups and downs. Yesterday, however, I receive my Flat Flush Smoothie Shakedown package in the mail and I actually had my first shake last night. Today is my true Day One on the plan and I'm excited and ready I think to be focused on this. I am not even Vegan anymore but would like to get back to it so I am excited that the body protein is a vegan formula. I just want to say thanks (though quite late) for being so supportive and Tink I do have a clear vision, because it is isn't just weight loss, it is the entire feeling healthy and being healthy that I have always aimed for. I have never tried the shakedown before so I'm excited to see how this goes for me. Thanks again!

Welcome back, Fran. It's great to see you again!

Yes, there are times when Life throws us a curve ball and makes it extra challenging to stick with our plans. Good for you for holding on to your vision and beginning again. I think you'll like the Smoothie Shakedown - super easy, super satisfying, super results.

Let us hear from you often, we're here to cheer you on!
