Default Does FF for Life replace Classic FF, Phase one?

    Hi all,

I am a vegetarian who has done one week of the classic FF, Phase 1, but then I read FF for life and am longingly looking at the Autumn plan, wondering if it is ok to just start that one now. I didn't read anywhere in FF for Life which phase the seasonal eating plans fulfill. Is FF for Life only for folks who have already done Phases 1-3 of the classic version? Please inform. Thanks.

    Hi porkchop,

    Welcome to the Forum!

ABSOLUTELY if you are a vegetarian, then feel free to jump over to Fat Flush for Life-Autumn! Month 1 was designed to enhance P1 of Classic FF for vegetarians with a more detailed explanation of the plan. You may follow the 2 week meal plan if you like, or design your own using the Month 1 Superstar Foods starting on p. 164. Make sure you check out the recipe section too!

Good luck and report in often so we can see how you're doing!

I also just started (again) phase1 of the FFP, but have also been reading the FFFL book and really want to jump into that when I can....but I'm not sure when I can. I'm not a vegetarian...so do I have to wait till I'm done with all 3 phases to start the FFFL, or can I finish phase 1 and start on the Autumn plan?
    Thanks,

    Aloha Momma!

I believe that once you finish P1 you can transition to either FF4L or P2. Whichever works for you.
That's one of the nice things about the flexibility of Fat Flushing.

Keep sharing your progress. We're here to support you on your journey.

Frick, I just posted 6 paragraphs of thoughts and the iPad shut down, dropping the whole post!

FFFL was created as a more relaxed approach to weight loss as well as the next step to the foundation that is created with FF; giving Flushers more food, exercise and therapy options.

Wendy gave you great advice but I would like to add a suggestion. Do a few weeks in P2 to give you that foundation. Get comfortable with the protocols then move over to Autumn.

Dr. ALG gives option for folks who don't care to go meatless. May I suggest that you throw a few meatless days in there and see how you llke it? I really like my meat and was reticent at going meatless but tried it and really like how it makes my body feel: lighter!

So I now routinely add meatless days into my protocol.
