I was wondering if any one out there has any tips, advice, menu ideas for surviving college football tailgating. Yesterday was my first shot at it and I think I did okay, but with 6 more home games to go, I can see this as a huge hurdle.
Three to four hours tailgating before the game, a 3-4 hour game, then another hour or so tailgating after the game is how each home game generally works. Yesterday, I brought a cold baked chicken breast, lots of cut up veggies, 2 boiled eggs, an apple and lots of water. Does anyone have a packable FF friendly phase 2 recipe that is able to be kept on ice in a cooler for several hours or that doesn't need to be chilled at all? Any and all help would be appreciated.
