I’m easing myself back into FF, one step at a time. I’d like to start rebounding again, but I can’t put much pressure on the ball of my foot. My right foot started hurting suddenly last Sunday. It’s like something fell on my foot, but I don’t know of any trauma. In my research on the internet, the closest condition I can find is Morton’s Neuroma, a “thickening of nerve tissue between the third and fourth toes.” However, I also have a bruise (or what looks like a bruise) on the top of my foot, right below my third toe. The “bruise” is slowly going away and my foot is feeling a little better, as long as I stay off of it as much as possible and wear tennis shoes. Fortunately, it’s been casual at work the last couple of weeks and I can wear tennis shoes. Anyway, I also have a problem with blood vessels suddenly bursting in my fingers. At least I think that’s what is happening. One of my fingers will just start burning with pain and the area turns a bluish color. So, my insightful husband suggested that could be what’s wrong with my foot. A blood vessel burst. I have an appointment with a podiatrist on Wednesday and I’m really hoping it’s not Morton’s Neuroma or some other permanent condition that will prevent me from exercising or wearing heels again. Has anyone else ever experienced this? And, could the bursting blood vessels be a vitamin or mineral deficiency?

Definitely outside the scope of Fat Flush. You're smart to get in to a Medical doctor to get this looked at. Let us know how you're doing, Okay?
