Default The Importance of Correct Supplementation

The Importance of Correct Supplementation During Weight Loss
Created by Charli

I had this epiphany recently when I realized that many of the troubles my fellow Fat Flushers encounter could probably be laid right here - on the doorstep of inadequate, improper, or poor quality supplementation. Hence this little word to the wise.

I'm going to be perfectly frank. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool, "show me state" skeptic. When I started the Fat Flush Plan from a two-page article in a women's magazine, I didn't add any of the recommended supplements (GLA, multivitamin, weight loss formula).

And you know, I lost weight. That's the good news. The bad news is, when I decided that adding in the recommended supplements would be the smart thing to do, I tried to find the components locally rather than order the FF Kit developed by Ann Louise specifically to support her Fat Flushers.

Mebbe I should mention here that I'm more stubborn than intelligent! The thing is...while I could approximate the recommended supplements, I couldn't match them. And I can tell you that I spent way more time and money trying to find the individual components than the cost of the FF Kit (several times over, in fact. Did I mention I lack a certain intelligence?)

I saw the light about 4 months into the FFP and started buying the FF Kit from Uni Key. Here are a few of my initial reasons:
1) It truly was cheaper than buying the components individually (both in time searching and in money spent)...not to mention that Forum members are given a 10% discount with their first purchase just for mentioning they're a Forum member and a 15% discount for subsequent consecutive monthly orders;
2) Supplements are unregulated in the USA. I realized that I had no guarantee that what was on the label had any relation to what was in the bottle OR that the manufacturing process was all that it should be, quality-wise. With the FF Kit from Uni Key, I have the reassurance of Ann Louise's personal recommendation as to the quality and reliability of the product;
3) Because of the unregulated nature of supplements, I also realized that I had no guarantee that my hodge-podge of products did not, in fact, actually work against one another through hidden additives or ingredients or simply due to the fact that I couldn't find the correct dosages for some items;
4) Ann Louise is the one with the PhD in nutrition and she knows her stuff! She's had over 15 years of real world trial and error to refine the FF Kit formulas to ensure that they help burn fat, improve energy, and shut down cravings.

After taking the supplements for just one month, I developed additional reasons to stay on the FF Kit:
5) The inches started melting off faster!
6) I noticed that I never felt hungry or at the mercy of cravings while taking the FF Kit.
7) My hair and skin started looking younger and I needed less creams, conditioners, and coverup.

Get the FF Kit from Uni Key or call for more info at 1-800-888-4353! You won't be sorry and truly, you deserve the very best.

PS. You know, I STILL wonder how much faster I would have lost weight had I been smart enough to purchase the FF Kit from the get go. D'oh!

PPS. I know what you're thinking. But you'd be wrong. After chatting in person with Ann Louise for several hours last week, I am more keenly aware than ever how proper supplementation is key to the overall success of the FF program. Fat Flush is more than just diet - it is about detox and supporting the liver through that process. Proper supplementation not only will make the whole thing easier on your body (and you!), but will help you attain your goal(s) faster.

Happy Flushing!

Edited to add this info:
Studies are now confirming that the commercial food industry produces low quality foods from a nutrient standpoint. Click here to read a recent article on this problem. Click here to read about the decline in nutrients in common garden crops over the last 40 years. If you aren't growing your own, you simply cannot get your daily nutritional requirements from commercially raised food. Sad but true.
