Combination Rules

Can someone tell me all the combination rules as I thought you weren't supposed to mix fruit with vegetables, however the cranwater goes with the meal that has vegetables....

Sorry, I am a little confused

Hi george,

Sorry...but we cannot post sections of the book as it would be violating copyright laws. You have the book, right? The food combo rules are all there..

That being said...no need to even think about them till you are in P3 (note they listed in the P3 section)...and even then, many of us consider them optional based on our lifestyle.

Dear Linda,

Thanks. I didn't realize that it was only in Phase 3. I have been using the rule in my menu planning and it seems to be working well. I just didn't know if you could put fruit with protein (like chicken) or not. I know that you can put it with Whey, but wasn't sure about meats...I didn't see that in the book.
