I would like to start the program which I found in Women's World, and would like to start TODAY!!! I'm off to the health food store, but need some help figuring out what I can drink other than water. Normally I drink tea or coffee in the morning with 1% milk. I'm sure diet sodas are off limits but would like to know specific beverages that I can drink. Thanks! mary

Mary, welcome to the Forum! If you're talking about the latest article in Women's World, it's based on the Fast Track Detox Diet (not Fat Flush). It's very important to not ingest any caffein (it's a detox detractor). You might want to read the book so you'll have all the info that you need to do it properly.
If you're following Fat Flush, we drink cranwater (unsweetened cranberry juice diluted)and plain filtered water. ALG does allow one cup of organic coffee each day (no dairy included--many use some whey powder to replace the cream/milk they would normally add). Hope this answers your question.
