Hi all - just talked with Olga at Uni Key. She said that since the book was written they have discovered that the Flora Key aids in the digestion while on the Para and Verma-Plus. Said to mix it with the smoothie or take it in 6 oz of room temp water. Said she takes hers first thing in the morning and mixes it, let it stand a few minutes then mix it again. I specifically asked about using it in the HLW and she said not to do that. Also asked about cutting the Stevia-Plus while on the P&V and she said that was not necessary.

That is all i learned, but said if we have more question I would call and she said fine.

Thanks for the info Marilyn. Sounds like I might want to consider getting some Flora-Key, but if I don't have it to start my cleanses on Monday, it won't hinder anything.

Just so I understand, we are not supposed to take the HLW while taking the parasite cleanse? I remember reading that if you are doing the parasite cleanse and the yeast cleanse, you should start the yeast cleanse a week after starting the parasite cleanse. I guess I should go ahead and order the pro-biotic too. But what about the Super GI Cleanse? I always take that first thing in the morning (in place of the LLC) and according to your schedule Susanne, you don't take your LLC until an hour after you wake up. I thought the Super GI Cleanse(or LLC) was supposed to be taken first thing in the morning. Oh! What a confused bunch of little Fat Flushers we are![V]

As far as I know, the HLW is fine while doing the parasite cleanse. Olga just said not to mix the Flora Key with it. Do not know about the yeast cleanse, or the Super GI Cleanse.

I've never heard anything about starting the yeast cleanse a week after starting the parasite cleanse. Maybe I'll have to do a search to see what I come up with?? When I placed my one order towards the beginning of the month, I talked to Joel and told him I wanted to start both cleanses and phase 1 of the FFP on January 1st.
As for my schedule, I'm starting out with the Y-C Cleanse and then waiting an hour so the LLC doesn't just push the Y-C Cleanse stuff thru before I get any benefits from it. I figure being up a little over an hour before getting in the LLC will not hinder any benefits I will be getting from it.
Good luck with figuring out what is going to work best for you. It can get a bit confusing at times, but it will get easier as you go.
Have a great day!

Hi Susanne! Go to the Uni-Key questions section. I posted a couple of questions. In one of them I was told by Sue that according to her notes, you should start the Y-C Cleanse a week after starting the perma and para cleanse. That's where I got that information from. But I guess we will all be sort of playing a guessing game come Monday when we start. I just wish there was someone who could let us know for certain that we are doing things correctly. Unfortunately, I can't even get in touch with the people at Uni-Key since they are closed.

A quick note from ALG (who's traveling at the moment):
Quote:
quote:The hot water and lemon is just fine with any and all cleansing programs. Also, each individual will have to find their own regimen which works for them. There is not simply one way to cleanse the body. Having said this the Y-C can be integrated from the get-go as the Flora Key - which does not have to be necessarily taken on an empty stomach. Taking it in a smoothie is just fine.
With regards to the Super GI Cleanse, I would personally take it right after getting up in the a.m. and right before bed. Hope this helps.

The bottom line is not to worry about taking any or these items in a particular order - just get them into the body. Having said this waiting at least 15 minutes after taking the homeopathic Y-C would be my major stipulation...
does that help?

Absolutely Charli. That was a HUGE help! Thank you so much for passing that info along. I feel better knowing that getting it in is the most important thing - not neccessarily how and when we get it in! Thanks again for responding to our cries for help!

Thank you Charli & ALG for the information. Pretty much what DH and I decided yesterday after I told him the information I found while doing a few searches. Get the good stuff in that will help get the bad stuff out!

Happy cleansing everyone!
