Welcome -[
)]There may be items you have not read on the previous link - Part 5! I think that around 20 pages it gets to long! Sunday seems a slow day which makes it an ideal day to start a new thread! |

Hi Good Buddies,
Today was quite an active day. Went to church. Made lunch for DS#1 & his DS. They were working in DH's workshop while we were at church. Then we drove to Leamington to pick apples with 3 of my siblings & family. We make that a yearly event. Then we ate at a restaurant. Not much for me there so I had a chicken Caesar. Had to pick the croutons off. (Forgot to tell them, no croutons). The long walks in the orchard & cool fresh air, made me snooze on the way home. This coming week will be a true test of my courage & strength. Tuesday, is my usual lunch with my friends. No big deal. Thursday, a cousin get together for dinner. Friday, a turkey dinner with DH's family. You'd think it was the hustle & bustle of the Xmas season. So counting from last night, that's 5 dinners out within one week! Wish me luck. I won't rely on luck ... it will be pure strategy all the way. Patti ... is there a famous person named Patti Bell ... a singer, perhaps? Pardon the expression, but it does seem to ring a bell! OK ... I know what you mean about junk & processed foods. There is so much of it here in North America. Debbie ... I'm sporadic about organization. It gets to a point where I say enough is enough. Right now, I'm not at that point. It's abundant energy that needs to be spent. Things like that used to be a CHORE for me. Did it because I HAD to. Lately, it's no chore. It's a fun challenge. It's a sign of feeling groovy. When it comes to outdoor work, I'm not into it. I was raised on a farm where my summers were hoe, hoe ,hoe, & it's not Merry Xmas. I picked tomatoes, topped sugar beets, pulled weeds. It was endless. I hated it! It's total fun for my DH though! Thank goodness! We have a huge yard! Nadeen ... How's it going? Have you been fishing lately? Marilyn ... Said it all to ya in an email. Did you finish that wall hanging? Later taters, Marianne |

Yes, Marianne I finished the big wall hanging. Not the 2 nativity scenes - just could not get into it this weekend. Tomorrow Bob and are are working in the yard, but sometime this week I'll get back to them.
It is 8:30 and I've had 2 late nights, so I am headed for a lavender/camomile bubble bath and then to bed. BB in the morning.

Good Morning Ladies!
So this weekend, did I do the CE. Yes I did. I did it Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! I tell you this much I feel so much better after doing them to. I will see how I start feeling during the week to decide if I need to do it next weekend to. I am following on what Stephenie said, just play it based on how you are feeling. I had a nice weekend, very relaxing! I am excited because today I am going to my nature store...I always get excited when I know I am going to go shopping there at some point during the day! Deb (DBAT): I wanted to address your question, since we are posting here now. Every month I do set goals for myself. I find I have had more success with the FF since adding these mini goals to the bigger picture of things. I find I am more focused and I get less frustrated. Instead of me seeing the bigger number 125, I see the mini goal instead! Marilyn: Thank you for making this thread! I too feel after 20 pages its time to walk on to a new thread! Marianne: Wow, keep us posted on your inner courage! I sometimes feel anxiety coming on for myself when I have many different things in a short period of time that can throw me off plan, but you sound like you are ready to bring that inner corage on the outside to help you tackle the week and still have a blast! Hope all is well, Amber |

Krysten: Welcome back from your out of town venture!
So ladies, I hope I am not getting sick but I struggled with my workout, almost thought I was going to yack, and my appetite seems not as much as it usually is. I dont think it is in relation to the CE. Well I hope all you ladies are well, the board has been quiet today. Amber |

Hi Good Buddies,
Wow ... love that extra energy. I start off with dry skin brushing. I picked Mondays & Thursdays to do my needle-less acupuncture machine followed by my ionic detox foot bath. Yuck ... you shoud see the debri that comes out of my feet from osmosis. I took the time to give my feet a treatment with sloughing skin cream, (dead skin rolls right off), then after washing them again, used double action deep moisturizer cream. (Avon products I had but wasn't using). Today, I did both RB-ing while watching TV & Turbo Jam. So here I am, finally able to visit with my great buddies. Correction ... Deduct the Thursday dinner. That get together is next week. Just the same, next week will be no better. Thursday is that get together, Saturday is my 60th birthday bash, same weekend as our Thanksgiving weekend. You can be sure, there's a turkey dinner on one of those days. Hey ... it's all in my approach & I plan to pass my test of courage & strength. I'm set in deep grooves. Marilyn ... Thanks for changing the thread. Makes me feel refreshed by starting a new page, so to speak! Glad your wall hanging is done. Now that's our of the way. How was that bubble bath? Amber ... my girl ... so you approve of the great results the 3 day CE brought you! I bought some organic coffee. I'm yet to get an E. bag. May get one tomorrow since I'm going to Windsor to meet my friends for lunch. We try to plan our outings to Windsor to save on energy fuel. That's why I make app.'s on Tuesday's too, (alternating acupuncture & massage therapies). Wed. is dragon boat practice, so I see the chiro every 2 weeks on that day. I used to have my ionic foot baths every other week on Wed.'s. So, the therapist will do a body thing to align my chakras, instead of doing the I. F. bath. I think I will stop seeing her after that. Krysten ... Hi ... see you in a bit. Good to hear you are planting yourself back in the groove. Later taters, Marianne |

Hi everyone! I have had a really busy day so far. By 8:30 this morning (after my morning apetizer drinks and before beakfast) we left for Lowe's to get juniper spreaders for across the front of our house. First step in basically "no work" landscaping! I did take 2 HB eggs and ate them on the way. After we got home I had a few things to do and DH went to the golf driving range; while he was gone I worked in the front planter cutting back some plants and doing some weeding.
A neighbor just came to get some strawberry plants - so I'll finish later.
