Fat Flush Journals are a tool to help you change your eating habits so that over time, you will be able to fully embrace the Fat Flush lifestyle and achieve improved health. Emotional eating is a common contributor to over-eating and eating disorders. Recognizing your emotional triggers can greatly assist you in your journey to shed excess weight and change your relationship to food. Record your emotional triggers by all means and work out ways to change your response to them.
