The mass was lovely. My favorite priest was presiding and his sermons just make me smile.

My parents made the drive up and it meant a lot. We did go out for brunch afterward and most importantly I stayed on plan!

They of course sat us right by all the desserts!!! I got up walked the room to see what there was and made very good choices.

So a big ole pat on the back for me!

Just got on the scale to see another lb flushed away!

Added rebounding this morning 100 jumping jacks on the mini trampoline

Rainy day here today... if I get bored I will get on the treadmill and 'take a walk'

Yesterday was a good eating on plan day but not a good movement day.. I was a slug! I barely got out of my comfy chair!! I know some days you just need to do that but ...really!

I got up and no gain no loss...feel lighter though.. Haven't done measurements so maybe I get those down today.

Did 100 jumping jacks on the rebounder and then walked for 20 mins on the treadmill. I put it at 3.4 mph and did my mile in 18 mins so I walked the last 2 minutes at 2.5 mph to cool down.

Off to breakfast, shower and then getting a student for tutoring who has a half day of school today.

Got on scale and started singing... another one bites the dust! Lost another lb! for a total of 7 so far!!

Last night as I posted, I made a delicious dinner using the cauliflower rice recipe. It was sooo good! My daughter loved it too, which was great!

I went to Nia Dance too and that was fun. I love just letting loose and dancing away the lbs
I was amazed at the sweat I worked up last night too. I did this class two weeks ago and got warm but not dripping sweat! I wonder if the thermogenic herbs have any play in this?

I have an unexpected day off from tutoring today (sick student) and my rebounding is done... time to decide what to do with my day until the kids need picking up from school!

Cold today! Got my rear in gear and did 100 jumping jacks, 20 mins on the treadmill... carried 2 loads (heavy) of wood up the stairs for the wood stove...you bet I count this as exercise!! haha

My best friend has the week off from work so I called her and we went out for lunch. The 99 restaurant has redone their menu and EVERYTHING looks soooo yummy!
I sooo wanted the manicotti BUT decided on a ceaser salad...dressing on the side so I could whip out my FF dressing and throw that on it... and grilled chix on top
Top that with a huge glass of lemon water and I was set.

We also took a field trip over to Ocean State Job Lot... discounted items... and had fun in there.
Feeling proud of myself for my healthy choices today

My last day on Phase 1 and it figures I agree to go out to dinner tonight!
I feel like I should be doing my last chance workout before 'official' weigh in tomorrow!!

I got my exercise in prior to church this morning so at least I am going into it with a workout under my belt today.

All is well in the world of "Lisa Eats Dinner Out"... The menu was mostly filled with choices laden with sauces or served with pasta.
I got the steak tips and ordered a house salad minus the dressing (I brought my own!)
I only ate half my meal as there were a lot of tips! I drank 3 glasses of water while there too... so we shall see if the scale moves on downward in the morning!!

Off to bed!

So to celebebrate my first day of P2, I joined a challenge on fatsecret.com.
Yes, I decided I would join the walk 60 miles challenge. I figured if I walked 2 miles a day I'd hit my mark in no time at all!.... This morning I got up and did my jumping jacks on the rebounder... I am finding I need to not only stretch my calves before this feat AND after, as when I get off, my calves are tight!!!

I then arose to the challenge of the treadmill. I decided to do the 'weight loss' program on my treadmill as it promised 30 mins of weight shedding walking. Off I go with it starting off at 1.5 mph ..ummm what the heck?? this is easy... ok... up it ramps to 2.5...then 3.0 and then the incline ramps up and up and up to 7.0 incline...thats a hill. Around 10 mins into the program the evil treadmill ups my speed to 3.5 at an incline of 4, then 5 then 6 then god help me 7!!!!!! The sweat is raining, my feet hurt, I'm huffing and puffing and I have to hold on to the bars or I am going to fall off the back!!

I did finish the program with a slight reduction of speed for two mins in order to ease the pain in the tops of my feet... then I upped it to finish the tourture.

I got in a 1.5 mile walk in 30 min and gained the realization that I am not in the shape I was summer of 2008! It is going to take practice!!

3rd day of P2... so far I am 95% true~! SOMEONE brought these reallly delicious whole grain, flax pita chips into the house and I sneak a handful a day... oh...that would be me who brought them in the house!!!

Today has been a 'body clean out' kind of day... I'm getting really well acquainted with the bathroom! Hopefully there will be a big loss this week. Watching Biggest Loser last night makes one wish for a week where you get on a scale and see a 12 lb loss in a week haha!

Friend came by today and we headed off to Trader Joe's. I got my frozen diced onions and peppers, almonds and other fun necessities for the house! We then browsed a furniture store... nice walk about to compliment my workout this morning. Then off to lunch.

Weekend! Nothing to report weight loss wise really. Due to those pita chips, my weight loss stalled..then went up a lb...and yesterday finally back down a lb.
Yes...I threw away the bag!

Had a late breakfast and now have to eat something for a late lunch/early supper?? too. I hate when my stomach just isn't hungry!

I was going to have a rest day after 5 days of exercise....but the guilt the treadmill threw off at me when I walked by it... did an 18 min mile and then 2 mins cool down and then some stretching...

Found a new game for the wii.. Lets Dance... looks like a good way to get in some cardio
