Hi Everyone!!
Im new and have a few questions to ask. I am really glad that I found this site. Im not sure where to start... My Fat Flush books havent come in yet, but my Colon Cleansing kit along with the Super GI Cleanse, Magnesium and Flax Oil pills has. (1) Do I start the colon cleansing kit first OR (2) start with the FF?? OR is it ok to do the FF and the Colon cleanse together?? Also how do I keep track of all the pills!! What to take, when to take, its so confusing! Did I mention Im a natural blonde!! Sorry for all the questions. I would appreciate any and all advise. This is my first time doing anything like this.Thanks- Blondy

I am on my 10th day of P1. I have lost about 6 pounds, but that was in the first few days. I haven't lost anymore weight, I am getting frustrated and wondering if I am doing something wrong? Are you supposed to lose much weight the first couple of weeks, or does this happen after P1?

Hi Blondy,
Welcome to the forum and to fat flushing. You will find this to be a wonderful and enlightening experience. But the first thing you need to do is to read the Fat Flush Plan Book. It will answer alot of your questions. As to whether it is ok to do both the Colon Cleanse and Fat Flush together, I believe the answer is yes. But you might want to get familiar with the protocols of FF before adding the colon cleanse. Just a suggestion. ![]() And hello to adagiosk8r, I would like to also welcome you to the forum and fat flushing. Congratulations on your 6 pounds lost. That is fantastic. You need not be discouraged. You will find that alot of people lose quickly then nothing for a little bit. Some will lose very little if anything. You can't compare yourself to others. Everyone's body works a little differently. Soon you will be moving on to P2 where the real weight loss gets under way. Remember that P1 is the detox phase of the plan. I look forward to hearing about your progress, so keep posting.

Hello Blondy - Yes, it IS a lot of pills if you are not using Flax Seed OIL! 18 a day (6 with each meal!!) Did you also purchase the FFKit - that is very important, for supporting your best efforts! The Importance of Correct Supplementation
As Terri has said - it's better to do your first 2 weeks of FFP (the detox) so you get used to the Protocols, then add the Colon Cleansing Kit when you start P2 (the Weight Loss Phase of the Program.) Good luck! It's a great Way of Life!

Hi sk8tr, welcome!
Six pounds is a fine weight loss for P1. As you remember from your reading, P1 is the detox portion of the plan. So even though you might not be seeing the changes in weight that you'd hoped to see, there are lots of wonderful internal changes that are going on --- all to your benefit! You're right, the actual weight loss portion of the plan comes after P1 -- Phase 2 is the designated phase for the pounds to really come off. Quote:
Hang in there; we're behind you and rooting for you every step of the way!

have posted a couple of questions throughout my fat flush journey, but wanted to post my progress....this Saturday will be 6 weeks that I've been FF'ing and am feeling like a new man.
Thinking more lucidly, body is moving more fluidly, just a great turn around, was feeling so depressed before I started this and was so against doing anti-depressants (for me---my choice) and now with the almost 6 weeks of no sugar, I"m so happy to report that the mind is alert and alive and not depressed.....was so certain that sugar was giving me hangovers and the blues and I was right.....thank goodness for this forum and for the Fat Flush for those of us who don't want to be pill poppers.... and who want to live healthy and whole. I have also lost 20 pounds....woo hoo!!!!! very very pleased with that..... I'm running faster, just overall feeling better....what a wonderful awesome thing.... I'm a satisfied customer.... think I'll keep it up and keep coming back.... Stephen |

That's awesome Stephen! I'm with you, I think the foods that we eat play a much greater role in our overall well being than any of us (except ALG) could have imagined!

Hello, all. It has been a year since I have posted. I don't have time to be on line often, but I did want to pop in and say hello. I have been on phase 3 for some time, but weight was creeping up again, so I am going back to phase 2 after FTDD. If that does not work, I will go back to Phase 1 for a couple of weeks. Maybe I should do that every now and then.
I don't have time to find my old posts to update so I will do a quick one here. My liver is doing great. GP just told me this week, based on my current blood work that it would be safe for her to say that my NASH is GONE! That is very good news. Thank you ALG! ![]() My SIS also says that she continues to do the FTDD every 3-4 months for her psoriasis. She now has a 6 x 9 patch of clear skin on her legs. This is the best she has ever done and she is so glad. Other areas of her skin are starting to heal. She is doing no yeast breads, no wheat, no sugars of any kind, no coffee, no chocolate and avoids certain fruits to help her body heal. I don't know how often I will be able to post, but I will continue to come by and read some updates. I was so excited to see some FFers have continued to lose weight. Blessings

Dear Stephen and Janine, my name is Julia, I just started 4 days ago, and I also can't believe how clear headed and mellow I am feeling! This is one great program. I have 32 lbs to lose, so it will take awhile, but I am happy to be here, thanks to my longtime friend, Cheryl.
I think I was dehydrated alot of the time, rather than hungry
