I am back! Am doing alot of things that i could not do while weighing up to 301 pounds. can you guess what one of those things is?

Hello,

This new forum looks great! I was off to a strong start this summer, following the fat flush I went from 160lbs down to 134lbs, dropped several dress sizes, gained a lot more energy and started feeling much better about myself. I also quit smoking after 4.5 years this summer too. I love how I feel eating organic and natural foods. Thank you all for this wonderful information and good luck.

Hi Everyone, happy to see the "New & Improved" forum up and runing. I never used the old forum, to me it was confusing. But I like what I see now!

I'm new and have lost 16 pounds and I can tell ya this, what a life saver plan! It will be wonderful to learn and live this way of eating, I love it.

Hi everyone, I'm here too! OMG, this is going to take some getting used to! Haven't got a lot of time right now (and things seem painfully slow, hopefully just teething problems) but just wanted to check in and test it out!

P.S. After all the fun and games we used to have with the time on the old forum it's fun to see we're now using my time here in the UK!
