Hey Karen, Welcome to FFFL. Have you done the classic FFP, yet? If not, you may consider doing that one first as it gives you the science behind the plan.
If you decide to stick with FFFL, do your Preflush then, if it were me, I'd go to the Spring Plan. Winter Plan, in this third month, will have too many carbs for you to start with if weight loss is indeed your goal. Make sure you weigh and measure so you can track your amazing results and share them with us, K?

I couldn't agree with Janine more!
I started with the pre-qual and the winter FFFL program and while I lost some pounds, I stalled after that first week and ended up starting all over with classic FF, phase 1 and just moved to phase 2 this past week. I love FFFL but I am really glad I backtracked so I have a firmer grasp on the program. I plan on moving back to FFFL after I lose the majority of my weight. Hope this helps!

Hmmm... and so for sure we are all different! I was stalled out on Phase 2 and switched to FFL4 and started losing. But I have been here before and am very familiar with the programs. For someone not so sure they will probably do better on the more defined Fat Flush plan.
