I had this epiphany recently when I realized that many of the troubles my fellow Fat Flushers encounter could probably be laid right here - on the doorstep of inadequate, improper, or poor quality supplementation. Hence this little word to the wise.

Studies are now confirming that the commercial food industry produces low quality foods from a nutrient standpoint. Click here to read a recent article on this problem. If you aren't growing your own, you simply cannot get your daily nutritional requirements from commercially raised food. Sad but true.
