My son had his gallbladder removed when he was 16. He had been successfully maintaining his weight until recently but, now he has developed a fair sized gut. He's only 21 and I'm concerned. Any suggestions on how he should modify and/or supplement his diet to somehow compensate for his lack of a gallbladder?

Hi kwing and Welcome to the Forum!
This is one of our most frequently-asked questions! (don't you feel special now, LOL??) Many of our Forum members are without gallbladders and do just fine. There is no need for your son to alter any of the protocol in order to be successful. Good luck to both of you! |

Hello kwing,
Carol gave you some sound advice. Let me add that The Weight Loss Formula (a component of the Fat Flush Kit) was deisgned to include fat metabolizing elements (inositol, choline, methionine) as well as lipase and lecithin for those who do not have their gallbaldders. This is why the Kit helps people, who otherwise could not or did not, lose weight more effortlessly. Good luck and best of flushing ![]() |
