I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to set this up. It is great! There have been many times I've read something and then wanted to go back and re-read it, only to forget where I originally saw it. This is such an awesome forum as are the moderators and everyone who participates!

I was reading the library and I think that I found a broken link. It is in "The Importance of Correct Supplementation," page 3. Charli had provided a link but when I click on it I'm taken back to the main forum.

The Forum Gurus have been working on the problem. Thanks for your patience. I believe it may be fixed by now, or will be very soon.

I cannot stress how important it is that we start gaining control over repetitive posts! As you know, in any given week, the same subjects are brought up again and again which are actually bogging down our poor search engine, our beloved moderators and veterans as well as lengthening an already too large topic page!

EVERYONE CAN HELP!

For example... the next time you see a post asking what the difference is between milled flax seed and flax meal, (or a question equally as repetitive) instead of typing out the answer for the umpteenth time, (sigh) hopefully you will:

-strongly encourage the reading of the books (first and foremost!)

-provide specific links from The Library that will assist with Forum navigation as well as provide points of program clarification

-encourage regular use of the search engine

Naturally, there will be many questions that cannot be answered this easily...these we are more than happy to try to help with! But I promise, the majority of questions that get posted have been asked over and over and over again...this is where we'd love EVERYONE's help! If we all work together, I am confident we can really start to make The Forum the absolute BEST it's ever been!
