I follow the regular fat flus plan for life 80% of the time. I just started smoothie shakedown to try to get rid of about 3 vanity pounds. I work out daily. ow long does it take to achieve small goals.

Hi there. Shakedown is more for people who are "stuck" in their weight loss process, or for those who want to jump start weight loss before launching in to FF for the duration. Everyone is different, but if it's only a few lbs, just remember that the less lbs you have to lose, the slower it goes.
I would suggest changing up your exercise routine so the body gets challenged. I'm guessing those vanity pounds are just numbers on the scale, and nothing you see on yourself...my vote goes for sticking with what you've been doing and changing up your workout, and ditching the scale. One more thing- perhaps you should follow FF 100% instead of the 80% you've been doing, and just that small tweak could do the trick.... Just my two cents! ![]()
