Hello everyone! My name is Larissa..I'm 40 and have about 10 lbs that have "crept" on so I'm going to start the Smoothie Shakedown tomorrow. I'm on my way to buy flaxseed oil and ground flaxseed. Should I put both in my smoothie? Also can I put mango instead of berries as my fruit? I'm excited and look forward to visiting this board for both support and inspiration!

Hi Larissa, welcome to the Forum!
You're going to love the Shakedown and I know you'll enjoy getting to know the folks on the Shakedown thread. Have you printed out the Shakedown protocol from the Unikey site? That will give you information about the details of the plan. Good luck. We're looking forward to hearing from you often!

Hi All! Thanks for the warm welcome...
So, on day 2. I did well yesterday, did have a few sips of Mich Ultra beer in the evening, but drank all my cranwater, took all supplements and shakes(I like them best with half a banana) and had a sensible dinner. Today is going well so far! I weighed myself today and lost .4 lb Going to try to stay off the scale for a few days so I can hopefully see a bigger number after a few days. Took all my measurements yesterday as well, so hope to report a big success in 2 weeks! Thanks again for the encouragement. |
