Default Soy Protein??

Hi-
I know I've read about why soy protein is not the best choice but I can't remember where.... I am now reading about the Body Protein and the desciption reads, "no soy". Can someone explain why soy protein is not desireable?

I have also been reading up on high cholesterol (my LDL is a bit high) and they recommend soy products... I am very confused...

Thank you!!

Soy is a common allergen which can also cause hormone imbalances, because of it's rich supply of phytoestrogens.
