Hives and the Fat Flush Diet

I went on the diet and loved it and lost 7 pounds right in my middle. Then I got hives in the 4th week and wobbled thru 2 more pounds and finally started to eliminate elements in the diet to get rid of the hives. A sleepy full day of Claritin ( non drowsy !!!) got rid of the hives after a month and now I will try to start again. Has this happen to anyone else ?

Yup, others have had these issues as well, Lynnette is going through simular issues!
