Hi, I was in my 1st week of Smoothie Shakedown last week, and was doing great! Then the football party came and I went overboard for 2 days on sweets and starches. I can tell my body must be finetuned, because it responded with 6 extra pounds literally overnight.
I continued with Smoothie Shakedown this week, but the scale isn't budging. Should I continue with another week of SS next week, or should I go to Phase 1? Or maybe something else? Fast track Detox? Thanks for the advice. By the way, this has been a valuable lesson to stay strong and focused, and I have recommitted myself to strong willpower to conquer these 6 lbs gained and also to lose another 5 lbs to be at my goal weight of 130. Thanks, Louisa

Hello Louise, just brush yourself off and get back to the program. I'd suggest Phase 2 of Fat Flush to you. Strong and steady wins the race and next time you want to indulge...have a wee bite of something then grab your water or some carrot sticks and do your health (mental and physical) some good!

We all cave at some point along the way, but do not beat yourself up about it, just jump right back on your Plan and keep on going, those pound will disappear soon enough! Refocus and see this SS through!
Then if I were you, I would move on the Phase 2, the Weight Loss portion of Classic Fat Flush! Remember that eating the way you did in the past, got you where you are today and if you want true change, you have to reset your thinking and figure out what it is that is causing you to gain unwanted weight and avoid those things! A slip once in a while doesn't have to knock you right off your course! Let us know how you are doing, we want to cheer you on!!! ![]()

Thanks for the encouragement! Louisa
