It's so great to hear that everyone is doing well. Let me ask my fellow Shaker's a question...what are you all doing for you fitness/exercise. Are you walking, rebounding, doing yoga...? Whatever it is you are doing, come and share it with us over at this thread....

Super job MFPM (I almost wrote MFPB for My Favorite Pink Bikini
) for enduring the temptations of that Argentine food store and NOT GIVING INTO TEMPTATION!!!!! This is really really hard. My husband offered, and I gratefully accepted, that he do all the food shopping so that I don't have to confront temptations right now. Especially since he enjoys shopping at specialty stores that I find unbearably tempting. Eventually I will have to learn to deal these stores, but right now I appreciate his support.I am on track so far today. Had my shake. Must go to a restaurant (Peter Luger's-- a great steak house) for lunch with a client, but I plan to order a lean steak and salad. I plan to eat only half my steak and take the other half home. My reward will be that I can eat the leftovers for tomorrow lunch. Mmmmm...maybe I'll order a really big steak ![]() Hoping that all of my shaker buddies have a great day, Anne |

MFPM and Anne,
Super Job Ladies! Can you see how much progress you have made? The new found coping skills are just burstingthrough your posts! Anne...you may want to ask for your steak unseasoned. You would not believe what those steak houses use for marinades and seasonings...and the salt!!! Last thing you want is to bloat up when you're trying to shake it out! BTW...your hubbie sounds like a real keeper! ![]() MFPM...I love how you are identifying that is hard work. So many people who start weight loss plans are looking for instant gratification and weight loss. This is not easy work, but just remember, achieving better health is so important PLUS you are worth it! ![]() Happy Tuesday to All Our Shakers! ![]()

Hi, I am getting ready to start but am a little confused. The 2 week meal plan is just B/L smoothies and Dinner breakdown ?:
Also, is there something in more detail about this then the 2 pages online..? Do you still drink cran water, lemon water? Are the only vegiies and fruit you can eat on the On-the Go - Guide... Not sure about how this all goes. Thank you |

Hi Moonhawk,
Let me take a stab at answering your questions. I've been on SS for almost one week, so I too am new to this. Here is what you should have: 2 body protein powder shakes and one meal, as per the ingredients listed on Unikey website's SS protocol. If you are still hungry, or particularly active, you may have a third shake. You may continue drinking cranwater and the twice daily hot lemon water. I believe additional plain vegetables (not including winter squash) are unlimited. Snacking on these is helpful, especially in the beginning. I sprinkle my veggies with Bragg's apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to add a bit of zest. Hope this helps, Anne |
