Day one was rough, but I'm trying different things so I'm confident I'll find a routine that keeps my satisifed and able to concentrate. Was so hungry last night by the time I got home that I stumbled. Anyone feel jittery at first when taking the supplements. I did, but I am extremely sensitive to stimulants - can't even drink a cup of coffee. Had some trouble sleeping last night. Sorry to complain so much, just sharing my challenges and looking for ideas.

Start with half a dose and work your way up to the full dose over a week or two. Also, don't take the WLF past 4pm and see if that helps wilth your sleep.

Day 1 today!
I weighed...129.2 and measured (really hoping to lose some inches off my tummy!) so I am excited to see my results. I have had my shake, supplements and 16oz of cranwater this morning. Off to the gym to walk on the treadmill. It's really good to feel in control again! Last edited by Spinmom; 02-03-2010 at 01:24 PM. |

Does the GLA melt tummy fat? I ask because, my tummy isn't as big as it was a week ago. My clothes look better around the tummy area. Then, the energy is amazing! I have so much energy and alertness without caffeine. Formerly, I just couldn't be without a cup of tea or caffeinated green tea. ![]() |

Hi All! Thanks for the warm welcome...
So, on day 2. I did well yesterday, did have a few sips of Mich Ultra beer in the evening, but drank all my cranwater, took all supplements and shakes(I like them best with half a banana) and had a sensible dinner. Today is going well so far! I weighed myself today and lost .4 lb Going to try to stay off the scale for a few days so I can hopefully see a bigger number after a few days. Took all my measurements yesterday as well, so hope to report a big success in 2 weeks! Thanks again for the encouragement. I didn't realize this is where we should post results and such, so this is a double post. I will post here from now on. |

Day 5 and I'm down 3 lbs and fitting comfortably in my jeans again! This weekend I have not been "perfect" but I have taken all supplements and had at least one shake each day. Monday thru Friday this week will be to the letter! I plan on keeping up with the shakes and supplements for a month so I'm not beating myself up about going off plan a bit.

So who....out there in forum land....is currently Shake"n it down? Check in and remind us of where you are in the Smoothie Shakedown program.
Has anyone taken a "before picture" that they will be interested in sharing, along with an after picture??? Or is everyone too bashful... ![]() It would be wonderful to have a couple of brave souls to share their success in picture form. Any takers???? Come on now.......
