Thinking since I'm planning to do the shakedown which is sugar free, would it be ok to take the colon cleanse/verma/para cleanse kit at the same time? Or, would the fruit in the smoothie sabatoge the cleanse?
Not clear... Am I to drink the cran water as in P1 or not? |

You can't have fruit for the first two weeks on the CC so I don't think the Shakedown is going to work with it. You can do the cranwater with the Shakedown.
My suggestion: If you have parasites (which most of us do) do the Shakedown for two weeks to get weightloss off to a rockin start then move to P2, eliminating the fruit. Look in the P1 smoothie section of the recipe forum; there is a lemon/lime smoothie recipe that will allow you to have a fruitless smoothie. Keep us posted on your progress ![]()

Thanks for the info. I'm secretly relieved I should only do Shakedown...makes it just a little easier on the wallet.
ONe more clarification. I have noticed some posts that say Shakedown is not a replacement for P1 and others that indicate moving on to P2 after 2 weeks of Shakedown. I have roughly 15lbs to lose...maybe 10 depending on how the weight loss shows up on my body. : ) |
