Howdy, all!! Still in pre-Shakedown mode & trying to get all the necessary ingredients in place prior to Sunday (day 1). Had a question that I couldn't find an answer to on the forum: are flaxseed oil & fish oil interchangeable for the purpose of SS & FF? I have some fish oil in my fridge & would love to finish using that before purchasing new stuff. Would love a quick education from the FF pros about which is appropriate & other features to look for when shopping for these items (fresh, high lingan, DHA, organic, etc.).
Also - I gotta say that thanks to being on this forum, I've been introduced to two awesome stores with tremendously helpful staff: Whole Foods Market & Trader Joe's. I located the 100% cranberry juice at TJ's ($4.99 for 32 oz compared to $8+ at WFM) & the lemon or lime juice (for the hot lemon/lime water) & the ground chia seeds at Whole Foods. These stores are new within the last year to my area & I'm diggin' them both! Can't find these items at the local Kroger or even Wal-Mart!! ![]() Thanks in advance for any tips y'all can share & happy Turkey Day to all..... ![]()

Flax oil really is the suggested oil for Shakedown. When doing Fat Flush you can substitute 1 Tbs. of fish oil for 1 Tbs of flax per day.
